Profi Cert specializes in device certification. To foster closer relationships with their customers and improve client information management, we developed a client portal using modern no-code applications like Airtable and Softr Studio. These tools enabled us to offer the most cost-effective and time-efficient solution possible.
Problem
One of the main problems was employee turnover in customer companies, which caused communication difficulties. Profi Cert needed a solution that would enable easy access to all information, documents, and invoices related to certifications.
No-code solution
We decided to use the no-code platforms Airtable and Softr Studio to create a new portal that includes:
- Centralized storage for documents and invoices: Clients have access to all their certification documents, invoices, and contact details for their assigned Profi Cert employee—all in one place.
- Easy data management: By storing all data in Airtable and displaying it through a portal with a user interface powered by Softr, we were able to solve the problem more quickly and cost-effectively than if we had programmed the portal ourselves.
- Administration and client sections: The portal includes an administration section for managing client accounts and certifications, as well as a client-facing section for the clients themselves.
Sudden success
During the portal development, we initially planned for Airtable to work only in the background, with the rest being controlled through the portal itself. However, the goal changed. Profi Cert decided to fully adopt Airtable, which has streamlined internal processes, increased work efficiency, and opened up opportunities for further digitalization.
